Racial profiling is a very big social issue and a vast cultural issue. Racial profiling causes social issues because since one specific race is being targeted, they start to look at other races different and feel that non-targeted races are above them and whites and other races not being discriminated against can feel as if they have more power and begin to look down on others. Like stated before, racial profiling dates back as early as the 1700s, which back then, a specific culture was targeted. As time passed, some things improved, some things were banned, but nothing never ended. Even in our modern days, racial profiling still could be considered a cultural issue because of the excessive targeting of a specific group of people and where they came from.
